What are our services?

Nuestros servicios abarcan desde la búsqueda de fabricantes en el extranjero, viabilidad del producto para su venta, integrar productos en el mercado chileno, logística de importación hasta la entrega de los productos en la bodega del cliente, ya sea en Santiago o Regiones.

What information will I have to decide if I should do the import?

Para que el cliente evalúe la conveniencia de importar, nosotros preparamos un costeo completo de la importación, incluso considerando el flete terrestre desde el puerto de destino hasta su bodega. Es decir, el costeo considera: El valor FOB de la mercadería, seguro, flete naviero, gastos de aduana, IVA de la importación y flete terrestre hasta su bodega o la nuestra si es que fuera necesario.

How long is an import?

Lo habitual es que las importaciones consideren un flete marítimo de la mercadería entre China y Chile. Siendo así, se puede decir que en términos generales el plazo total es de 35 y 45 días aproximadamente y en aéreo puede variar entre 7 a 15 días.

Contamos con personal en el extranjero, quien corrobora calidad y confiabilidad de fabricantes mediante:

  • Visit inspectiva initial to the manufacturer to certify facilities, patents, and reputation.
  • Second visit: quality Control of manufactured products.
What is the payment way?

To China and you make two transfers. The first, by way of advance payment, for the 30% of the value of the merchandise and the remaining 70%, when the merchandise has been revised in accordance. All other expenses: freight shipping, insurance, custom fees, VAT, etc are paid in Chile, directly to the company embarcadora and u.s. customs, against the respective invoices of services.

What is the form of payment for Pieno and its services?

Depending on the services requested will be generated by the charges for a % of the value to be imported.

In the case of extra services such as contact suppliers, feasibility study of the product in Chile, and others, will pay 50% before and the other 50% against delivery of these services.

If required contacts to enter products in the market retail in terms of small and large shops will charge a % of the total of each billing which they converse on the way leading to an agreement between the two parties.
